Rates apply to a party of two, if you bring sheets and bathtowels and clean.
Add $20 each additional adult, $10 each additional child.
Add 10% for local and state taxes and administration.
Add $50 if we clean.
Add $50 if we provide sheets and towels for a party of one or two.
Add $20/person over two if we provide sheets and towels.

SHORT NOTICE DISCOUNTS

Reservations made within a month of arrival receive a 20% discount.
Reservations made within two weeks of arrival receive a 30% disocunt.

Queen size bed in main bedroom, double hide-a-bed in living room, double bed and bunk beds in second bedroom. Take your own linen and bath towels.

Please leave the cottage ready for the next guests.
Cleaning equipment & supplies provided.

Please do not smoke in the cottage.

Features: living room surf view, binoculars and telescope, complete kitchen, 2 baths, TV & VCR, wood stove, (electric heat too), volumes of guest logs, deck, challenging trail to beach.
