For a week, add $20 each additional adult, $10 each child
For a half-week, add $10 each additional adult, $5 each child
Add 10% for local and state taxes

SHORT NOTICE DISCOUNTS

Reservations made within a month of arrival receive a 20% discount.
Reservations made within two weeks of arrival receive a 30% discount.

Queen size bed in main bedroom, double futon in living room, double bed and bunk beds in second bedroom. Unless otherwise arranged, take your own linen and bath towels.

Unless otherwise arranged, please leave the cottage ready for the next guests.
Cleaning equipment & supplies provided.
Please do not smoke in the cottage.

Features: living room panoramic view, Yaquina Head Lighthouse to Otter Crest, binoculars and telescope, complete kitchen (including dishwasher), 2 baths (shower in main bath, clawfoot tub in 2nd), TV (basic cable), wireless internet, VHS - DVD Player, wood stove, (electric heat too), volumes of guest logs, view deck, challenging trail to beach.
