45 Broadway is an historic brick apartment building, perched in the shadow of the Temple Theater, with a commanding view of Commencement Bay and Mt. Rainier. Built in 1943, each of the 6 units is unique. 

Unit #1, 425 s.f., is a one bedroom on the bottom floor. New carpet and vinyl floors. The kitchen was recently remodeled.

Unit #2, 575 s.f., a bottom floor one bedroom, looks out over the grapevine-draped cedar at the bay and mountain. Natural woodwork. New windows highlight the restored oak floor.

Unit #3 is on the middle floor, facing the bay. A one bedroom, it is the largest unit, 725 s.f. Oak floors have recently been refinished.

Pierce Transit Route 11 (Pt. Defiance) goes right by. Route 16 (UPS-TCC) is a block below, on Stadium Way. Route 13 (N. 30th Street), is a block up the hill, on St. Helens.

Access to the I-705 spur freeway is a minute away.

All tenants are asked to keep noise to a level that is not intrusive to neighbors. Tenants and guests are asked to not smoke in the building.
