The Fairview is a two story 18 unit apartment built in 1977:  4 one bedroom, one bath units, 600 s.f., 14 two bedroom, one bath units, 975 s.f.  In addition, each unit has a 7' x 11' enclosed porch.  . All units are equipped with dishwashers.  There is an onsite laundry room. The carport accommodates 14 cars.

Tenants pay for electricity (baseboard heat) and TV cable.  Owner pays for water, sewer and garbage.

As the name suggests, the apartments are within sight of the Western Washington Fairgrounds, a block west.  Quiet, uncongested neighborhood, a few blocks from downtown Puyallup.

All tenants are asked to keep noise to a level that is not intrusive to neighbors.  No smoking is permitted in renovated units.
