 Units 1, 2 and 3 are a single story triplex.  Each unit is one bedroom, one bath, 650 s.f.

 Unit 4 is a small one bedroom house, one bath, 530 s.f.

 Unit 5 is a 1510 s.f. 1.5 story, one bath, 4-bedroom house overlooking Chambers Creek.

 Unit 6 is a two bedroom house, one bath, 815 s.f.

 Unit 7 is a small two bedroom house, one bath, 630 s.f.

 Unit 8 is an upstairs duplex, two bedrooms, one bath.  It has electric heat.  Skylights. 700 s.f.

 Unit 9 is 1240 s.f. and a lower duplex.  The main floor has a living room with fireplace, dining room,  kitchen with nook, laundry room, main bedroom and bathroom.  The full basement has  two bedrooms and storage, which also houses the forced air natural gas furnace. 

All tenants are asked to keep noise to a level that is not intrusive to neighbors.  No smoking is permitted in units.
