Studio One is a quaint, historic 16-unit apartment building located in Tacoma's Stadium District, surrounded by stately residences. Upper floors have views of Commencement Bay and Mount Rainier. Four blocks the other direction on North Yakima is the location for the filming of the scary classic, "The Hand That Rocks the Cradle" (While the greenhouse shatters in the movie, in reality it is still standing). North Yakima is perhaps the loveliest street in the picturesque Stadium District.

Studio One is a secure building. All tenants are asked to keep noise to a level that is not intrusive to neighbors. Tenants and guests are asked to not smoke in the building, nor anywhere on the property.
