Studio One Apartments
414 N. Yakima Avenue
Tacoma, WA. 98403
Studio One is a quaint, historic 16-unit apartment building located in Tacoma's Stadium District, surrounded by stately residences. Upper floors have views of Commencement Bay and Mount Rainier. No two units are alike. The two bedroom has 900 s.f. The 3 one bedrooms, while under 500 s.f., feel bigger, with their nooks and crannies. The 12 studios vary in size from 300 to 400 s.f. All units are self-contained, with their own kitchen and bath. Most have clawfoot tubs. .
1 block to Pierce Transit #16 (UPS-TCC); 2 blocks to route #13. Quick I-705 access. 3 blocks to Wright Park, light rail and Stadium Thriftway. Four blocks the other direction on North Yakima is the location for the filming of the scary classic, "The Hand That Rocks the Cradle" (While the greenhouse shatters in the movie, in reality it is still standing). North Yakima is perhaps the loveliest street in the picturesque Stadium District.

The coin-operated washers and dryers (2 sets) are located in the basement. All utilities are included in rent. Cable is available (wired for Lightcurve, formerly Rainier Connect), at tenant expense.
