$150 Sunday – Thursday nights

$200 Friday & Saturday nights

 

Summer Rates, party of 1 or 2*: 5/24 to 9/30

$300 Friday & Saturday nights

 

Taxes & fees

13.5%: County (12%) + State (1.5%) taxes

$125 Cleaning fee

$30 Dog fee

 

Unless otherwise stated, arrival time is 4 pm, departure time is Noon

 

*In addition to party of 2, add $20 for each additional adult, $10/minor--per stay (not per night)

 

DISCOUNTS:

- 5% for check/MO, Venmo, Zelle or PayPal “friend”

- 5% for full week

- 10% returning guest

-  ? % Carter fellowship (If you volunteer or work for modest wages, tell us about…)

- 10% reservation within a month of arrival

- 20% reservation within 2 weeks of arrival

20% deposit will confirm.  Balance due two weeks before beginning of stay.  Deposit will be refunded if vacancy can be filled (Short-notice discount may impact refund)

Features:  Features:  At 800 SF, Pop's Cottage is cozy for a couple, but can sleep 6: :  Queen in main bedroom; queen sofa-sleeper in the living room; 2nd bedroom, separated from main cottage by short breezeway (young children sleeping there need older companions), has a queen bed & bunk bed, next to the 2nd bathroom, with clawfoot tub.  Main cottage bathroom has shower.  The kitchen has electric range, small microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee grinder, organic fair trade coffee recently roasted by Pop's granddaughter, Mary Lowry (Songbird Java) & coffee maker.  Weber BBQ.  Washer and dryer.  Living room surf view, binoculars & telescope.  TV (digital expanded basic cable), wireless Internet, DVD player, ceramic electric stove (electric heat too), volumes of guest logs, deck.  Challenging trail down the bluff is impassible, UFN.

 

No smoking in cottage or breezeway.  Properly dispose of all smoking debris—carport, lawn, deck or street.
